Free Injury Screen (15 minutes)

Because of our dedication to quality care, clients have the option to schedule a free 15-minute evaluation of their current musculoskeletal symptoms or condition, followed by a recommendation for care. If a client chooses to elect treatment, care will begin immediately with successive appointment rate charges.

Initial Consultation Session (60 minutes)

At KinetaCare Physiotherapy, we begin by evaluating full medical history, current symptoms, questions, concerns and goals. We follow this with movement screening and assessment that addresses posture, mobility, strength, stability, and fundamental movement patterns. An evaluation creates a clearer picture of health needs and helps us establish a plan of care that will move clients toward improvement solutions.

Follow-up Sessions (30- or 60-minute sessions)

We implement the plan using the latest technologies and practices to alleviate pain, improve function, increase performance, and improve mobility. With each session, clients will receive education in care and progressive movement homework to solidify gains made in-session and to achieve steady improvement between sessions. We’ll utilize a variety of techniques to move you toward a fuller life with greater movement.

Pricing Philosophy

At KinetaCare, we place priority on high quality care. For this reason, we are a cash pay only business. We believe in offering a quality standard of care outside the norm of what you would expect for regional physical therapy treatment.

We charge a flat fee to our clients due at time of service (credit card or check). We can generate a treatment note and invoice of services upon request, that may be used to submit charges to an insurance company for reimbursement according to policy guidelines.

Please note, we do not coordinate with insurance benefits.

Do I need a prescription?

Michigan is a Direct Access state, which allows you to schedule 10 visits or up to 3 weeks of treatment before your physician must either write a prescription or accept KinetaCare’s plan of care.

How long are my treatment sessions?

Sessions are scheduled in 30 to 60+ minute blocks. Our dedication to quality care means we want to spend more time with you than your average physical therapy appointment.

Do I need to wear specific clothing for my appointment?

We recommend comfortable clothing, possibly a pair of shorts, and tank top for women, so muscle groups and joints can be easily reached and so you’ll feel comfortable moving and stretching in your evaluation and treatment.

How many treatment sessions should I expect?

Depending on your condition, your plan of care, and your goals, Edo will schedule a treatment plan of length that will bring you solutions and help you reach your goals. Future treatments and maintenance care may be helpful in the future, but is based on your preference.

Can I submit my bill to my insurance company for reimbursement?

Yes! Edo will provide a treatment note and invoice if you would like to submit these to your insurance provider.
